Role Overview:
As a People and Culture Intern you will be a vital part of our team, assisting with essential HR functions and helping to enhance the employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:


-Involve in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.


-Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team, including managing employee files, entering data and assisting with reporting.


-Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aimed at boosting employee engagement, satisfaction and well-being.


-Collaborate closely with the People and Culture team to brainstorm and execute initiatives that  foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Other Responsibilities:


-Support in regular monitoring of office supplies, amenities, and overall workplace conditions for maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming office environment.


-Assist with planning and organizing events, including selecting venues, coordinating logistics and liaising with vendors.


-Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution, from registration to post-event wrap-up.

; Requirements:- Qualifications:


-Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.


-Final year students.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and manage time well.


-Proactive with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
