Recruitment Support 


-Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.


-Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.  
HR Management Systems (HRMS)


-Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRMS.


-Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing HRMS functionalities. 
Employee Engagement


-Organize and support employee engagement activities and initiatives. 


-Assist in planning events to foster a positive workplace culture. 
Office Administration


-Maintain office supplies inventory and support daily administrative tasks. 


-Ensure the office environment remains welcoming and professional. 
Ad-hoc Projects


-Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

; Requirements:-


-Minimum qualification of Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 


-Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin. 


-Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. 


-Proficient in Microsoft Office. 


-Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management skills. 


-Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.


-Independent and self-motivated.
