This job is an HR Intern position where you'll assist with various HR tasks like employee engagement, reporting, and training programs.

What you will do
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to provide comprehensive support to multiple business units within the organization.
Assist HR Business Partners in executing HR initiatives and programs effectively.
Provide support for day-to-day HR operations and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
Prepare and analyze HR-related reports, such as training and leave reports, as required.
Verify employee information for reference checks and assist in coordinating exit interviews.
Manage the e-learning platform and oversee the arrangement of internal and external training programs.
Handle applications for training grants and claims through the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC).
Update and maintain training systems, ensuring accurate and complete training records.
Conduct post-training evaluations, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements for future programs.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
The ability to work as part of a team and be curious & passionate about the HR job function.
Effective communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and a high sense of discipline and confidentiality.
A minimum internship duration of 5 months is preferred.
