Reporting to: Senior Executive, Human Resource and Administration
Job Description: Assist in recruitment process and compensation. Assist employees in handling entry procedures and entry arrangements. Understand domestic and foreign labour laws. Prepare employee engagement and recreation activities. Updating company databases by inputting new employee information and employment details. Conduct background checks for application received. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. Assist with personnel administration, employee information, and employment applications. To support HR daily operation administrative works including personnel file administration. To carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent. Candidate must possess at least a CGPA of 3.0 and above.  Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Required skill(s): good coordination skills, good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and positive learning attitude. Duration of internship: minimum 0f 3 to 6 months.
