Supporting the logistics and execution of internal company eventsCurating effective internal email communications to deliver company initiativesSupporting the manager in the area of policy review to ensure up-to-date benefits and informationIdeating and executing simplification of processes within the HR functionSupporting any ad-hoc tasks within the teamScreening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.Assisting in gathering market salary information.Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.We are looking for an immediate starter. Requirements:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and ExcelWilling to learn mindsetPositive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skillsResourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player
