Job Title: Junior HR Executive Location: Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun Ipoh
Job Summary: The Junior HR Executive will assist in managing and executing various HR functions to support the smooth operation of security manpower services at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun Ipoh. This role will be instrumental in handling payroll, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and client communication, ensuring that HR processes and client interactions are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities: Payroll and Compensation Management: Calculate and process monthly salaries for security personnel.Manage payroll deductions, bonuses, and penalties.Ensure accuracy in salary disbursements and compliance with company policies.Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in recruiting qualified security guards, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment history, and performance reviews.Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements for documentation.Duty Rosters and Scheduling: Assist in creating and managing duty rosters for security personnel.Coordinate shift schedules and handle any changes or adjustments as required.Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.Assist with audits and compliance checks related to HR practices and policies.Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, payroll, and other HR matters.Support the resolution of workplace issues and grievances.Training and Development: Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions for security personnel.Support the development and implementation of training programs.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, maintaining files, and other tasks as needed.Assist in HR projects and initiatives as required.Client Communication and Relations: Act as a point of contact for client queries related to HR and staffing issues.Communicate with clients to address any concerns or feedback regarding security personnel and service delivery.Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: No prior experience required; experience in an HR role or similar administrative position is a bonus.Skills:Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.Attributes: Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling payroll, employee records, and compliance matters.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve HR-related issues effectively.Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to manage and respond to client needs and feedback.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
