Key responsibilities include:- Developing recruitment strategies aligned with the company's strategic goals.- Managing the full recruitment process and salary package proposals.- Conducting salary and benefits benchmarking and implementing new structures to attract, reward, and retain talent.- Supervising payroll administration to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.- Providing guidance on HR programs, policies, and resolving employee-relations issues.- Handling disciplinary processes, misconduct investigations, and grievance procedures.- Offering coaching and guidance to management on various employment topics, including performance management and HR policies.- Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.- Leading talent development efforts, including leadership talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans.- Identifying and addressing training needs through job analysis and consultation with managers.- Contributing to team efforts and accomplishing related results as needed.**Requirements**:- 3 to 5 years or more of HR experience in the F&B industry.- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, with average proficiency in English.- In-depth knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Malaysia Tax law, and industrial law.- Well-versed in HR practices and Malaysia statutory requirements.- Excellent understanding of Company HR Policies and ability to develop HR processes and procedures.- Good knowledge of employee relations handling processes.- Familiarity with IFLEXHRMS Payroll System and resolving payroll discrepancies.- Willingness to be based in Bandar Sunway.- Occasional travel required, particularly to government sectors.**Salary**: Up to RM15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
