They will maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new hires conduct performance management and provide feedback for employeesï¼Assist in team building of the company;Responsible for the attendance statistics and salary calculation of the company personnel;Responsible for the labor relations management of the employees, and handling employee recruitment procedures following the system and procedures;Responsible for the processing, application, and payment of local social security insurance, provident fund, personal tax, and commercial insurance in Malaysia.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above5+ years experience in Human ResourcesStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesStrong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgmentFluent in English, Chinese, and Malay
