Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Lead the local Human Resources Department across all functions, including talent acquisition, skills development, and performance enhancement.
Develop and execute HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's strategic goals to strengthen human capital capabilities.
Collaborate with the company's management and senior leadership to establish and uphold a corporate culture that reflects the organization's operating principles and philosophy.
Design and oversee staffing processes, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and retention, to build a qualified, cohesive, and dependable workforce dedicated to fulfilling the Group's mission.
Develop and manage learning and development programs, including training initiatives and performance management systems, to ensure ongoing employee skill enhancement and peak performance.
Promote employee engagement and team cohesion through regular team-building activities and initiatives that foster a sense of belonging.
Manage daily departmental operations, including budgeting, cost control, employee incentives, coaching, conflict resolution, and addressing any legal issues as they arise.
Continuously ensure compliance with local labour laws, employment regulations, and industry standards while maintaining a thorough understanding of these requirements.
Supervise administrative functions such as record-keeping, enforcing office policies, managing resources and supplies, and other tasks to optimize organizational efficiency.
Oversee the management and maintenance of company certifications and documentation, including registration certificates, business licenses, audits, and safety compliance.
Undertake any additional tasks relevant to the role as assigned by senior management.
Requirements: -
3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources management minimum 3 years at a managerial level.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or any related field.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of HRMS.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
Highly hands-on with a lean mindset, dynamic, resourceful, attention to detail, and independent.
