Human Resources Manager

JOB SCOPE:- Manage Manpower Planning- Handle Recruitment (Advertise / Interview)- Create position, job descriptions, schedule interviews, appointment letter- Setup Marketing & Sales Team- Analyze position that need to be filled- New Structure Organization- Any Other Government Update.- Manage and Monitoring KPI System (Make sure all employee have objective to achieve by individual)- Monitoring Staff Disciplinary.- Plan Company activities (Dinner, Boot Camp, Tournament, Birthday Party, Family Day)- Propose average of salary, EPF, SOCSO based on manpower to finance.- Calculation of salaries using SQL System, EPF & SOCSO contribution, leave, claims,- Create Sop Policy- Prepare, Monitoring and Control of Standard Operation Procedure for all department.- Renew license, rental, quotation if needed- Manage & monitor inventory, office equipment, office maintenance stationery etc.REQUIREMENT- Degree in Human Resources- 5years above experience in HR Management- Can work under pressure with minimum supervisionPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 5 years (preferred)
