**Job Description**:1) Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.2) Oversees the daily workflow of the department.3) Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.4) Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.5) Lead the full spectrum of HR functions which including payroll, compensation & benefit, performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement and learning and development programmes.6) Develop and implement HR strategies align with the overall business strategy to meet the company's expansion and growth.7) Develop and maintain compensation and benefits plan to enhance the attraction and retention of employees.8) Support employee development, engagement and retention programs.9)Responsible for employee-related matters across the organization such as disciplinary action, grievances and etc.10)Cultivate a positive work culture and environment, and recommend the necessary initiatives.11) Support and advise Management with regards to Human Resource procedures, policies, best practices, performance review, employment rewards and benefits to align with the objectives and targets set by Management.12)Oversee and ensure timely processing of payroll and full compliance with relevant government statutory requirements.13)Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.14)Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.15)Undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned as and when required.**Requirements**:1) Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field; with at least 5 to 8 years of working experience as a HR personnel.2) 5-8 years of working experience.3) Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.4) Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).5) Well versed in Malaysia employment law and regulation, stay current on changes in laws and regulations.6) Detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask, good time management.7) Strong analytical, problem solving ability and cultural awareness.8) Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse co-workers.9) Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactiveness, and result-oriented.10) Possess knowledge Human Resources Management (HRM) Fundamentals**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 5 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- Bahasa (preferred)
