Human Resources Manager (Kelana Jaya)

Qualifications Requirements:A minimum of 5+ years of human resource management experience preferred.Must have English proficiency on spoken and written.Relevant experience in supporting a start-up organization.Preferred exposure in BPO or share service industryStrong leadership skills in leading a dynamic team.Ability to work in matrix reporting organization.Knowledgeable on HR trend and local regulations Responsibilities Responsibilities:Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource strategy to support the business growth.Provides support and guidance to stakeholders and mgmt. team on HR related scope.Oversees employee disciplinary, terminations, and investigations.Maintains compliance with local authorities on local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Performs other duties as assigned.
