Job DescriptionHi there! We're a creative and dynamic event company that runs our own venue, decoration team, and kitchen. From weddings to big corporate events, we're all about making unforgettable memories. Now, we're looking for someone awesome to join our team and help us grow the dream!
What You'll Be DoingBuilding Our Dream Team:
You'll handle the whole recruitment process – from finding new talents for our kitchen, venue, and deco teams to onboarding them like a pro. Get creative with hiring strategies to attract the right people who match our vibe. Make our team feel like family by ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
Managing Payroll:
Handle monthly payroll and make sure everyone gets paid on time. Explore and improve how we pay salaries – whether it's online transfers or other methods. Review and suggest ways to make sure our salaries stay competitive.
Upgrading Our SOPs & Systems:
Help us make our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) better for smooth daily operations. Work with all our teams to ensure everyone's on the same page. Keep our policies up to date – from leave to performance reviews.
Boosting Team Performance:
Help us set up systems to track performance and reward the team for their hard work. Organize training sessions and workshops to upskill the team. Plan fun team-building activities to keep the energy and teamwork strong.
Supporting Top Management:
Be the go-to person for HR insights and reports for management. Improve how our company runs by streamlining communication and decision-making processes. Be a part of discussions on how we can grow bigger and better as a company.
Job RequirementsWho We're Looking For:
You have aDiploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or Event Management or anything related.
Some experience in HR (especially in events, F&B, or hospitality) would be great!
You know how to manage payroll and recruitment, and you're a pro at keeping things organized.
A great communicator – you can talk to anyone, from team members to management.
You're all about solutions and love improving how things work.
