Human Resources Officer (Recruitment)

Details of the offer

Responsibilities: Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing an applicant's knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions.
Completing paperwork for new hires.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.
Good writing and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to speaks and writing in Mandarin is an advantage Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Proficient with social media platforms


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
