Job DescriptionJob Summary
The Operations Manager - Online Shop is responsible for the effective management and operation of our online stores on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. The role involves overseeing campaign registration, product management, maintaining store ratings, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Register for promotional campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor the performance of campaigns and optimize strategies for better results.
Manage product listings, ensuring all products are accurately described and visually appealing.
Regularly update product information, including pricing, stock levels, and promotional offers.
Monitor and maintain high store ratings on Shopee and Lazada.
Address customer reviews and feedback promptly and professionally.
Oversee the daily operations of the online stores, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact customer experience.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Working Conditions:

Job RequirementsJob Requirements:
Passionate and enthusiastic about life and the fragrance industry.
Proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or similar.
Experience in product management, campaign management, and customer service.
Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. ( Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred )
Prior experience with TSP, MCN, or TAP institutions is advantageous.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
Proven track record in managing online stores on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in e-commerce management tools and platforms.
