We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedHuman Resources Senior Executive (Foreign Worker Management)to manage the recruitment of foreign workers and serve as a key liaison with government departments like immigration, labor offices, and other regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR processes, recruitment regulations, and government compliance standards related to foreign labor in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Serve as the primary contact for government departments such as the Immigration Department, Ministry of Human Resources, and other relevant authorities.
Manage and coordinate the submission of required documentation for work permits, visa applications, and other approvals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of foreign labor policies and implement best practices in recruitment management.
Handle inquiries and communication between stakeholders, including recruitment agencies, government offices, and internal teams.
Ensure timely processing of applications and renewals to minimize delays or disruptions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role. Experience in foreign worker management is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, immigration processes, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
