Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of HR-related tasks, such as employee recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations, to guarantee the unobstructed functioning of HR management within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process, including developing recruitment plans, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and organizing interviewsManage employee performance evaluations and individual development plansHandle daily employee issues and complaints, maintain good employee relationsAssist in developing and improving the company's HR policies and processesQualificationsBachelor degree or above in human resources management or related fields.Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit.Familiar with labor laws and regulations related to human resources management.Applicants with experience in human resources management or related work will be given priority.Work LocationLevels 15, Boutique Office 1(B01-C), Menara 2, KL Eco City , 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
