Job Description This role involves supporting recruitment efforts, ensuring legal compliance, and leveraging automation to streamline HR processes.Job Functions: Recruitment To execute and support in Local & Foreign Recruitment activities.Legal Compliance To assist and support in RBA & Industrial Relation.HR Functions Automation To automate HR functions like e- foreign worker management, and e-training & etc. Implement and configure HR automation tools and systems.Monitor performance and optimize automated processes.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, information technology, or a related field.Additional certifications in HR technology or automation tools are a plus.At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, RBA/IR, and/or automation processes.Knowledge in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript & Virtual Basic) Knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining processes, ethical sourcing principles, labor standards, environmental regulations, and international frameworks such as the RBA Code of Conduct.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Analytical skills and attention to detail for interpreting labor data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights.
