Job Responsibilities
Recruitment and ConfigurationAccording to the company's human resources planning, formulate recruitment plan and organise its implementation.
Develop and maintain recruitment channels and ensure the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
Screening resumes, making interview arrangements, and selecting suitable talents for the company.
Participate in the construction and management of the talent pool to improve the quality of the talent pool.Training and DevelopmentAssist in the development of the company's training plans and programmes.
Organise and implement various training activities such as new employee induction training and job skills training.
Evaluate and feedback on the training effect, and continuously improve the training work.
Pay attention to the career development needs of employees, and provide employees with career development planning suggestions.Performance ManagementAssist in the development of the company's performance management system and appraisal programme.
Organise and implement the performance appraisal work to ensure the fairness, impartiality and openness of the appraisal.
Analyse and feedback the results of performance appraisal, and provide guidance for employees' performance improvement.
Participate in the design and implementation of performance incentive mechanism to improve the motivation of employees.
Responsible for the procedures of employee joining, leaving and transferring.
Handle employee complaints and disputes and maintain good employee relations.
Organise staff activities to enhance staff cohesion and sense of belonging.
Responsible for the management and maintenance of employee files to ensure the safety and integrity of employee information.Requirements
College degree or above, preferably in human resource management, business administration or other related majors.
With more than 1-2 years of HR work experience, familiar with the workflow of various HR modules.
Good communication skills, coordination skills and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure.
Skilled in the use of office software, with certain data analysis ability.
Have good professional ethics and professionalism, and keep company secrets.
