Responsibilities:Responsible for recruitment in Malaysia, including the development of talent demand and allocation plan, development and optimization of recruitment system, coordination of talent acquisition activities.
Work with the relevant departments to keep abreast of the latest policies and developments, analyze their impact on the company's operations, and develop appropriate strategies and solutions.
Oversee employee benefits such as Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and Social Security Organization (SOCSO) contributions.
Assist EP application and submit relevant government documents.
Conduct analysis and assessment of employment risks within the company in accordance with Malaysia Labour relations policies and regulations, propose recommendations and solutions to potential problems, and manage Labour disputes.
Monitor employee attendance, including leave, tardiness, etc.
Perform temporary tasks and other duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements:Work experience: Proficient in HR module, with 3-5 years HR working experience in Malaysia.
Language: Fluent in Malay, Chinese and English, with good written and oral communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
At the same time, have a team spirit and the ability to work under pressure.
