Manage overall RWEM Welfare task. Plan, manage, coordinate and execute committee related Welfare and Sports activity. Management of company uniform and distribution. Issue payment for company transport, panel clinics, and water dispenser. Compile and issue payment for employee claims related to compassionate, medical and on-call. Prepare monthly welfare data for company management meeting. Maintain proper filling and transaction records. Prepare yearly budget and investment for Welfare. Assist and supports other related HR tasks if needed.Our headquarter, ROHM-Co. Ltd. is located in Kyoto, Japan. Meanwhile, our mother factory is located in Okayama, Japan.
