Job Description
1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the HVAC system in the power station to ensure that the system runs stably and the heating, cooling and ventilation equipment can operate normally.
2. Regularly carry out maintenance and repair work of HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, boilers, cooling towers, refrigeration units, air compressors and other equipment, to ensure reliable operation and prolong the service life of the equipment.
3. Responsible for the diagnosis and troubleshooting of power station HVAC system failures, repairing equipment failures in a timely manner to ensure that the system returns to normal operation in the shortest possible time.
4. Regularly monitor and analyze the energy consumption of power station HVAC systems, and propose energy saving and optimization solutions to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
5. Ensure that the operation and maintenance of the power station HVAC system comply with safety standards and environmental protection regulations to avoid safety accidents and environmental pollution.
Requirements 1. Academic Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or above in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering or other related majors.
2. Work Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC systems or power station equipment, especially in industrial facilities or large buildings is preferred.
- Familiar with the operation and maintenance of power station and large HVAC equipment, with experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair.
3. Professional Skills Requirements: - Knowledge of HVAC and power equipment (e.g., boilers, air compressors, refrigeration units, etc.) principles, operation and maintenance methods, and related codes and standards.
- Skilled in the use of HVAC automation control systems and monitoring tools, able to independently carry out equipment monitoring and debugging.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex equipment problems and quickly develop solutions.
4. Project management ability: - Possess project management and equipment maintenance coordination skills, able to independently develop and implement equipment maintenance plans and manage maintenance teams.
