Community Engagement : Be the friendly face of our community and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), actively interacting with members, responding to inquiries, and fostering discussions that promote positivity and support.
Content Creation : Develop and curate compelling content tailored to the interests and needs of our motherhood community, including seeding and social media updates.
Branding : Assist the team in creating slides, crafting required designs according to brand guidelines, improving brand recognition and reputation, analyzing market trends and competitors' methods, and setting brand standards, mission, and goals.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align community initiatives with broader brand strategies and campaigns.
Job RequirementsJob Requirements:
Previous Experience : While not mandatory, prior experience in community management, social media management, or content creation is a plus.
Passion for Motherhood : You should have a genuine interest in supporting and empowering mothers in their journey through parenthood.
Strong Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with community members effectively.
Empathy and Patience : An empathetic and patient attitude will help you build trust and rapport within the community, especially during challenging or sensitive discussions.
Organizational Abilities : The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment is crucial.
Social Media Savvy : Proficiency in using various social media platforms and community management tools is preferred.
Language Requirement : English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage .
