[Hybrid] Personal Assistant - Johor Bahru

I am a German entrepreneur who just moved to Johor Bahru and I am looking for private/personal assistance concerning matters of my private life and not related to my business.
Since I am pre-occupied focusing on my business, I need someone to help me take care of things related to my personal life. Tasks include sourcing products and services for daily needs:
groceries,
furniture and other interior items,
office equipment,
apartment cleaning,
medical services,
legal services,
property maintenance,
dry cleaning,
registering water and electricity.
I also need assistance in evaluating the quality of products and services offered by vendors and service providers. This includes typical tasks in procurement and sourcing.
Additionally, help with scheduling and coordinating deliveries and appointments with vendors/service providers is required.
This is a straightforward job that doesn't require a degree. It can be done part-time, and I have enough work to fill a couple of months.
This is a hybrid job; while most tasks can be done from home, it also requires picking up items, bringing them to me, or evaluating vendors/service providers in person. Some tasks need a personal touch, especially negotiations.
Being based in Johor Bahru is mandatory.
The hourly rate is $4, and all expenses (taxi, phone bill, etc.) will be covered by me.#J-18808-Ljbffr
