Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Livestream Operation Manager at Scentses + Co in Subang Jaya, with flexibility for remote work. The Livestream Operation Manager will be responsible for managing and executing livestream operations, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth broadcasts, monitoring audience engagement, and optimizing the livestream experience for subscribers.
Job Scope
-Livestream Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of daily livestreams on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms, including pre-live preparation, operation during live streams, and post-live data analysis.
-Livestream Planning: Develop livestream plans in collaboration with hosts, ensuring seamless execution and pacing throughout the livestreams. Continuously track and adjust the livestream process as needed.
-Livestream Operation: Manage inventory count, stock count, and customer engagement rate
-Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and audience engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance livestream performance.
-Host Training: Provide training and support to livestream hosts, including script writing and presentation skills development.
-Host Recruitment: Source and recruit livestream hosts through various channels, continuously seeking out potential talent to enhance our livestream team.
-Sales Accountability: Set and achieve Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets, taking ownership of livestream sales performance.

-Experience in livestream operations, event management, and broadcasting (TikTok Live)
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Technical proficiency in livestream platforms and equipment
-Knowledge of audience engagement strategies
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Creative problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with the fragrance industry is a plus
