**Performance Bonus**:- **Flexible Work**:- **Based in KL****Interested applicants can also send your updated resume and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.****Job Scope**:- Ensuring the maximization of center revenue and profit and maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service in the center.- To ensure we set the correct selling strategy and highlighting any potential obstacles to occupancy immediately to the Director.- Ensure a consistently high standard of presentation is maintained for all the- department and its personnel.- Actively promote a positive open, honest, and effective working environment where all staff is valued, accountable and contributing to the team's success.- Oversees daily center operations and coordinates center activities through assigned staff; prioritizes and delegates work activities.- Evaluates center activities for effectiveness to develop improved methods; devises evaluation methodology and implements; analyzes results and recommends and/or takes appropriate action.- Serves as center representative by responding to and resolving emergency situations- Preparation of various type of managing reports as required to Director.- Visit and greeting all postnatal mother stay in center daily.- To be well versed in all operating system in center include Xin Xin reporting system, Auto Count system, HR Qpay system, company website etc.- Managing company P&L and present report to Director upon request.- Approval of all expenses payment and staff monthly payroll in center.- Develop and maintain a high level of communication with all departmental managers, full force supporting and advise further actions where necessary.- Handle and resolve complaint or concerns arising from postnatal mother.- Ensure the wellbeing of all departmental personnel and all team operations.**Requirements**:- Prefer someone with experience in Hotel management (Hospitality)- Able to conversation in Mandarin and have good communication skill in both Bahasa Malaysia and English- Pleasant personality, problem solver and able to come up with solutions- Problem solver and able to handle customer's complaint professional.- Good management and leadership skills- Work under mínimal supervision and has good work ethic- Able to flexible to work on weekends if required and available on call if emergency accurse**Appreciate if you can include details below in the resume**:**Current Address / Location**:**Current salary**:**Reason of leaving**:**Expected salary**:**Notice period**:**Agensi Pekerjaan The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd****JTK Number: JTKSM 1252****Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
