Job Description: Installation services for assembled circuit board electrical testing equipment (ATE/ICT), prompt troubleshooting of product issues, creation of customer test procedures for ATE/ICT, handling customer complaints, and providing education and training to support sales efforts and customer-suggested technologies.Deliver expert responses and consultations to customer inquiries, along with technical support for clients in Southeast Asia, which may involve overseas travel.Requirements: Diploma, bachelor's degree and higher equivalent in Electrical and Electronic EngineeringMinimum 2 years' working experience.Driving License compulsory and willing to travel around customers' site within Malaysia.Required ICT knowledge including Machine and Fixture troubleshooting and able to conduct training and ICT ProgrammingFor interested applicant, kindly send your resume in Word/PDF format, include the following information:
