ACCOUNTABILITIES Consolidate DBS Functions budget forecast, working with the DBS leads to ensure consistent reporting, analysis and commentaries across the functions. Handle period end closing, provide monthly financial actuals analysis report to DBS Functions (all budget areas). Provide Budget Holder reporting dashboards for actuals tracking and forecasting at cost centre level Manage Financial Information to ensure accuracy of data and effective insights for business decisions. Ensure Cost Centres are up to date by proactively handling journals, recharges of intercompany costs, employment cost reclassifications, GL change. Ensures transactions are properly accounted for as per IFRS, Group requirements (GMAPP) and full compliance to SOX. Handle Intercompany transactional costs (recharges). Provide COUPA PO's and Supplier Queries for project spend, contractors. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL Finance Degree with professional accountancy qualification (i.e. CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with 5 years and above relevant working experience Knowledgeable in relevant finance tools and systems, specifically BI/BPC, SAP or ERP equivalent Meticulous, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision Experience of working in an IT or Technology environment a distinct advantage Ability to work well in a diverse, team-focused environment with strong interpersonal skills Flexible and adaptable being able to work in ambiguous situations.
