Location:- Johor- Specialisation:- Engineering & Manufacturing- Salary:- MYR 72,000 - 84,000 (Annual)- Reference:- PR/157003- Contact details:- Sue Sin Yong- Job published:- March 20, 2024 15:45- Our client is an established EMS company from overseas investment, located at Senai.**JOB RESPONSIBILTIES**Location: Senai, Johor (5 days/week)- Responsible for equipment capacity improvement and verification and Operations productivity improvement- Determine planning factors for short-term planning and scheduling as well as for strategic planning scenarios- Monitor and manage upcoming short-term production bottlenecks- Develop and define strategies for shop floor scheduling to meet the planned throughput- Work closely with Production to control dispatch points to ensure a smooth production- Analyse specifications and capacity and undertake appropriate calculations to estimate job requirements, in terms of labour, tools, materials and resources- Continually monitor and review plans and make appropriate adjustments in the event of changes and unforeseen circumstances- Continually review ways in which to make improvements and make the capacity planning and manufacturing process more efficient- Responsible for the training and development of the business department team and continuously improve the team's organizational efficiency.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Degree in Industrial Engineering or its equivalent.- 5 years experience in EMS manufacturing.- Experience in SAP system.- Good communication skills.- #LI-JACMY- #statejohor
