As the IM&S R&F Operational Senior Buyer you will provide high quality procurement services, ensuring that SLAs and service obligations are met. In this exciting role you will report to R&F IM&S Team Lead.
Main responsibilities:
Create purchase orders accordingly.
Change and follow-up on Purchase Orders based on requirements.
Perform simplified sourcing activities within the threshold limit.
Manage AP workflow regarding price discrepancies.
Complete any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Work closely with internal stakeholders.
Support the team for relevant regions.
Solve problems involving requisitions and purchase orders: check quality, track POs, and follow up on approvals; create, modify, and monitor POs based on requirements; create and update procurement master data (vendors).
Oversee the organization of internal processes: manage documentation of processes and work in an integrated manner with other areas.
Support the PSS service area by clarifying consultations with suppliers and requesting users, coordinating incident resolution, providing constant support, and updating support tickets; define strategies for ongoing training for users and new revenue applicants.
Contribute to harmonization and communication procedures: identify opportunities for improvement and scale.
Interact with users in different countries to clarify specifications and resolve frequent consumption issues, as well as users' and vendors' complaints.

Your professional profile includes:
Fluent in Korean and English (speak, read, and write).
