LOCATION: ? Symphony House Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking)
?  FREE  shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule.
JOB SCOPE:  ? Attending to inbound calls, live chats and emails 
? Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way 
? Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their mobile subscriptions, mobile plans, contract, mobile devices and monthly payments issues 
? Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly. 
SALARY PACKAGE:  ? BASIC SALARY: RM 2,000.00 
? KPI & Attendance Allowance: Up to RM500 
? Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM400. 
? Language Allowance: RM800 (Mandarin -speak, read & write)
Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM2,900.00 per month
WORKING HOURS:  Mon-Sun (morning, afternoon & night shifts) 
? 5 working days & 2 days off (depending on shifts) 
? 9 hours working (8 hours working + 1 hour break) 
? Earliest shift starts: 7AM 
? Last shift ends: 3AM
