Qualifications & experience A minimum qualification of SPM or above is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!Required languages: English; proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage.Willing to work in rotation shifts and weekend. Tasks & responsibilities Handling inbound calls pertaining to customer general queries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.To deliver exceptional service and provide customers with precise, reliable information that surpasses their expectations.Collaborate within the team to meet key performance indicators KPI's and service level agreements SLA's.
