The role: Implementation Consultant - Digital Shelf
Description: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant with a strong background in data analytics to join our customer training team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for equipping our customers with the knowledge and skills to leverage the data analytics capabilities of our platform effectively.
Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to our customers, both remotely and in person if required. Educate customers on how to interpret and utilize e-commerce data analytics to make informed business decisions. Customize training content to address the unique needs and goals of each customer, showcasing the relevance of data analytics to their business. Collaborate with our product and development teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features and enhancements related to data analytics. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, troubleshooting data analytics-related issues when needed. Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on customer feedback and evolving industry trends. Qualifications: Solid background in e-commerce, preferably with experience in utilizing data analytics to drive business insights. Proficiency in explaining complex data analytics concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as training and customer onboarding. Familiarity with our e-commerce SaaS product, Channel Management, Marketplace, and Webstore operations is a plus. Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on customer needs and learning styles.
