Responsibilities include overseeing the deployment of industry-specific CRM solutions based on the ClickSmart platform and other process automation tools.Eligibility Criteria0 – 2 years experience as a CRM business development consultant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in ClickSmart CRM will be an added advantage
ResponsibilitiesInteract with prospective customers to understand their business process
Prepare a solution plan to meet the needs of the customer
Customize ClickUp to align with customers' business processes
