Import & Export Executive

Job Description: Handle all import and export related shipments and deliveries; Prepare import and export shipping documents; Perform data entry and maintain documentation related to shipping activities; Communicate and liaise with various departments and suppliers to ensure smooth arrangement for all shipments; Coordinate with shipping / forwarding agents; Coordinate with certification centre and insurance company; Update and maintain shipping schedule reports; Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent; Minimum 1 year of working experiences in relevant field; Familiar with Export and Import rules and regulation; Positive Attitude and Self-motivation; Meticulous and proactive;  Able to work independently under minimum supervision, in a team, meet deadlines, meticulous and multi task Able to work under pressure Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay, Mandarin.
