We are seeking an experienced In-Store Sales Supervisor to join our team at SNF Cake Ingredients Sdn Bhd in Alor Setar, Kedah. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day sales operations and customer service within our retail stores.
What you'll be doing Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targetsImplement effective merchandising and stock management strategies to optimise product availability and presentationLiaise with Manager  to provide feedback and recommendations on product selection, pricing and promotional activitiesHandle customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a professional and timely mannerProvide training and development to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and selling skillsEnsure the store environment is clean, organised and adheres to company standardsWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail sales supervisor or team leader roleStrong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in data analysis and report generationKnowledge of retail operations, merchandising and inventory management best practicesA passion for the retail industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the business
