Inbound Tour Operation

Job Responsibilities: Manage regular travel company daily operations Handling booking inquiries (both individual and group booking).
Coordinate reservations for tours, hotel & accommodation, ground transportation and other facility reservations Plan & preparing custom travel itineraries/proposals, preparing quotations and invoices.
Ensure that all work execute with professional, accuracy and timely manner.
Job Requirements: A minimum of SPM and above Experienced in Travel industry is an added advantage Fresh Graduate are welcome Required language(s): English &  Mandarin  (as the role requires handling Mandarin-speaking clients and travel vendors).
Chinese is an added advantage Tactful Communications skills and able to work independently.
The ability to prioritise and cope with pressure at busy times.
Must be well organised, detail orientated and resourceful.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Mandarin Word Star.
