Qualifications & experience Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in Travel Agency industry.Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesTasks & responsibilities Oversee management reporting and coordinate events and functions with the operations team.Manage sales efforts with agents and business partners while fostering strong customer relations.Identify and develop new business partners, gather market intelligence, and ensure the achievement of sales objectives.Ensure that all sales activities under your leadership are conducted efficiently and effectively, including setting performance targets and providing coaching and support to maximize team performance.Serve as the primary point of contact in the office, managing a team of three or more employees.Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Upper ManagementBenefits Salary - will be determined by previous experience, qualifications and job scope required.KWSP, SOCSO, EIS5 day working in a week
