Incident Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting in production stability, such as early warning, risk assessment, SLA, and other relevant operation and maintenance indicators;Establish and improve project monitoring system and event handling mechanism (On- call) to ensure stable operation;Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of IT infrastructure, system security, data security, and other systems, as well as the operation of production systems;Understand and analyze user needs, effectively communicate with the demand side, and transform user needs into technical implementation;Responsible for remote communication with customers, operation and maintenance teams, and development teams. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or above in computer related field;Familiar with Linux commands and shell script programming, familiar with Devops;At least 2 year of technical support or operation and maintenance development experience, with strong problem analysis and processing skills;Has a strong sense of responsibility and motivation, as well as team communication and coordination skills;Accept cross time zone/country/region cooperation with R&D teams in a diverse and inclusive environment;Work on shift basis 12*7 including weekends and public holidays on rotational basis.
