The Company Agoh Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is a mobile phone business company. We are building up a brand called SWAPPER in the market, selling and buying smartphones with attractive price. Swapper is a Malaysia Government Certified Franchisor and we already have 10 franchise retail shops in KL and Selangor. We are fast growing company with so far 200 employees, and the number is still growing. 
 
About the role We are hiring Indoor Sales Advisor / Retail Sales Assistants who enjoy doing sales, like to communicate with people, desire to earn more money, and are ambitious about becoming branch leaders. The ultimate goal for this role is to be a branch leader of multiple teams and be our company partner. Welcome YOU to join us.
Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.Create a positive image and lead consumers to use itIdentify interests and understand customer needs and requirementsSet up booths or promotional stands and stock productslistening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selection.
 Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least SPM or any field.At least 1 year(s) of retail sales working experience in the related field is required for this position.Good self-discipline, attendance and working attitude.5 working days a week, willing to work shifts, 9am to 4pm or 3pm to 10pm.Salary: Attractive Basic + Commssion Package + Profit Sharing.No experience is required, training will be provided.Available working location: Eco Majestic Semenyih, Bandar Botanic Klang, Kota Warisan Sepang, Pertama Complex KL, Sungai Besi and etc.Full-Time position(s) available.
