Main responsibilities:
Sales & BD initiative for corporate recruitment services.
Prospect new clients via various approaches & channels.
Follow up and follow through with business leads persistently.
Cooperate with recruiters in fulfilling clients' hiring needs.
Achieve given activity KPIs and planned sales target.
Sales forecast, reporting and updates to the stakeholders.
Face-to-face meetings with clients are required when necessary.
Key Requirements:
Matured, diligent and persistent.
Preferably tertiary qualification in any related studies.
Similar experience and sales capacity, preferably in B2B industry.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good business acumen.
Fresh graduates who are interested and possess the relevant skills are encouraged to apply. (On the job training will be provided)
