Client Background:Freight Forwarding Service
Location:Subang Jaya
Remuneration:RM3,000 - RM4,000
Key Responsibilities:
Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups (tele-marketing).
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails, or handing over to outdoor sales for physical appointments.
Maintaining and improving the database of prospects.
Researching for new leads to build a new potential client list according to the company's direction.
Keeping up to date with market changes on products/services/competitor's offers.
Upselling products and services.
Key Requirements:
Candidate must possess higher education/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Adequate selling communication and negotiation skills would be an advantage.
Working experience in telemarketing will be an added advantage.
