Indoor Sales/ Pricing

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries and sales leads promptly.Proactively reach potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for shipping and logistics services including air freight, sea freight, door-to-door deliveries, and project cargo handling.Negotiate rates and contracts with customers to secure business.Maintain customer data and update relevant information on client interactions, inquiries, and status of potential leads.Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure timely delivery of services.Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and sales forecasts.Requirements:-
Candidate must posses at least STPM, Certificate, Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics is an advantageFresh graduates are encouraged to applyRequired language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English & MandarinBenefits:
