Job Description: We are seeking an Indoor Sales Specialist for our inside sales team. This role involves generating high lead call rates, and driving sales for our Copier, IT, and ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales channels.Maintain a daily target of generating a minimum of 50 qualified leads.Sales Process Management: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions from the company's core offerings (Copier, IT, and ERP Solutions).Manage and update the sales pipeline through the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-up actions.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.Handle client queries promptly and efficiently, providing relevant product information and resolving issues.Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the Inside Sales Supervisor to align on sales strategies and receive coaching and feedback.Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress toward targets, and market feedback.Training and Development: Participate in regular training sessions led by the Inside Sales Supervisor to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance.Implement feedback from performance reviews to improve sales skills and meet KPIs.Performance and KPIs: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets as set by the Inside Sales Supervisor.Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and supporting team members in achieving collective goals.Requirements: Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to speak Mandarin is preferred.Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling Copier, IT, or ERP Solutions is a plus.Ability to quickly learn new products and adapt to changing market conditions.What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive team environment.
