Indoor Sales / Telemarketing

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Indoor Sales/Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and managing client relationships over the phone or through digital channels. Key Responsibilities 



-Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell company Logistics services.


- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.


- Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and follow up to convert leads into sales.


- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.


- Update CRM systems with accurate records of sales interactions and customer details.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.


- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints effectively and professionally.

- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree is a plus).
