Knowledge and ability to perform time study for all processes across the plant and propose suitable manning for each cell/line/process, create and utilize capacity tool.
Utilize AutoCAD to create proposal for production layout improvement.
Job Description
Ability to perform time study for all processes across the plant and propose suitable manning for each cell/line/process.
Identify improvement opportunities with clear project definition, support local site leader to prioritize and allocate appropriate resources to projects and improvement activities.
Act as subject matter expert to provide true manning, cycle time and layout for specific processes or area.
Manage and/or participate in project teams to achieve defined objectives and deliverables through the use of various Lean and Industrial Engineering tools.
Help the plant to increase productivity and efficiency.
