Join Jing Wei Hirain Automotive Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd as an Industrial/Production Engineer in our Melaka office. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in optimising our production processes and improving efficiency across our operations.
What you'll be doing Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process improvementsImplement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce wasteDesign and develop efficient production workflows and systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issuesMonitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performanceProvide technical support and training to production staffEnsure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulationsWhat we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in using data analysis tools and techniquesKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLanguage Requirements: English and Chinese (Required)What we offer
