Study product specifications and assembly drawings of products to derive standard time (MHU) for product costing and mass production. Determine in the MHU derived the machines, equipment, tools, jigs and fixtures required for products manufacturing. Estimate, establish and improve product cost for quotation. Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, production standards and manpower requirements. Analyze production related information & statistics for efficiency & productivity improvement. To study Lean Manufacturing best practices, innovative solutions and conduct continuous study and recommend more efficient manufacturing methods or tools, labor utilization standards, equipment, and cost analysis to increase productivity and maximize efficiency. Assist Process Engineering and Production on the plan for balanced processes implementation in the production floor. Participate in improvement of process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards to meet KPI targets (Sales, OTD, Productivity, Yield, RMA, Scraps, etc.). Ensure financial budgets are followed. Job Specification: Bachelor's Degree in a discipline related to Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Production. 1 years of proven working experience supporting manufacturing environment Time study skills along with an understanding of capacity planning. Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical and electrical schematics and documentation. Basic experience in process optimization and determining productivity constraints (i.e., Process bottlenecks). Experience in assisting in the development of plant / manufacturing line layouts.
