We are seeking a dedicatedIndustrial Nurseto manage the operation of our In-house Clinic and ensure compliance with all required safety, health, and medical guidelines.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in promoting employee well-being and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operations of the In-house Clinic.
Follow up on all relevant medical surveillance and coordinate renewal processes.
Arrange annual medical check-ups for managers and track progress.
Visit hospitalized employees and provide case follow-ups.
Organize and coordinate health talks and promotions for employees.
Monitor and track employee sick leave in collaboration with the Industrial Relations team.
Evaluate and monitor panel clinic performance, including coordinating discussion forums with panel clinics.
Provide counseling to employees on medical and health-related matters.
Work closely with visiting doctors to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee medical records.
Job Requirements :
Qualification :
Diploma in Nursing or its equivalent.
Experience :
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an electronics or semiconductor environment.
Skills :
Strong planning and project management skills.
Proficiency in medical and health regulations and requirements.
Other Attributes :
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
