**Job Description**:- Manage all Industrial Relations related activities including but not limited to employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and termination- Manage and coordinate investigations of misconduct related to Industrial Relations policies from the beginning of the case up to conclusion- Liaise closely with stakeholders to ensure an effective approach in engaging staff on matters in relation to Industrial Relations- Collaborate with regional team to localise and implement Industrial Relations related policies, that is in align with local laws and regulations- Maintain utmost confidentiality in dealing with Industrial Relations related matters and act as person-in-charge in attending to any queries whilst providing accurate information to stakeholders- Work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource / Psychology / Business Management or any other equivalent qualification- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations / Labour Law or relevant fields- Knowledge of local Malaysian labour law and other related government policies (for example, Personal Data Protection Act)- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across various seniority levels- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
